Self Builder in Wiltshire wanted the Adventure of a Self Build

An interesting project for CLPM who are project managers who take on the worry for clients rebuilding their homes/renovating etc In this case the client wanted to self build and understand what was involved. He owned a 5 bedroom house surrounded by land.

Intergral to the project was a project engineer from CLPM to oversee the energy plans  and  the quantity surveying team helped the client monitor their budget. Client was delighted with result!

Knowing he wanted to self build. our client needed to understand what was involved, and what he needed to know. He knew he didn’t know how to build a house, but wanted to retain overall control. Through his research he knew he would need help, and having met Charlie Laing on the project management course, knew a project manager was going to be necessary.
