Actually called Effra Quay and Isle of Effra this is one of the largest riverside spaces created by the Tideway project offering stunning views of the Thames. The river Effra was one of the “lost rivers, Thames tributaries became so polluted they were put in underground pipes to form part of london’s first sewerage system. These spaces are designed to give people greater connections with the river.
